About GO-optimisation
The GO Optimisation team had originally been working together for four years as the marketing team of directline holidays. Early on, the team's prominent SEO and PPC successes with directline holidays group of websites attracted interest from TUI owned student travel company realgap.co.uk and travel insurance company, citybond. Providing optimised tailored services to these companies allowed greater resources and specialisation within the team.
Over time the greater demand for the team's experience and skills made it a natural progression to open-up the services to others. Now, based in central Brighton and with a team who’s online marketing experience stretches back to 1999, GO Optimisation are a fast growing agency, taking on more clients and providing PPC, SEO and Digital Marketing Services focused on the business objectives.
We are now looking to provide an internship in the field of Social Media to start asap.
Requirements
Keen interest in Social Media and the Internet
Familiar with Twitter, Facebook & YouTube (other platforms would be beneficial)
Knowledge of Social Media best practice (the dos and don’ts)
Excellent written English
Great communication skills
Previous social media management desirable but not essential.
A creative mind with keen eye for detail is essential.
Role
Monitor social media accounts/streams
Post relevant news and content on a daily basis
Reputation management through blogs, forums and social media platforms
Share content through distribution platforms
Social media research and competitor analysis
Blogging
