£16,000 basic + very attractive commission package with immediate earning potential.
Here at MRL Consulting Group we are looking for 12 grads to join our team in September and enrol in our 'rookie academy'- a 10 month programme in which you will learn all the skills needed to become a fully fledged executive recruiter while earning good money and having fun! We will provide full job training.
We are a market leading executive recruitment company, with offices in Hove, London and throughout Europe so suffice to say we know good business .. but we also realise how important it is for you to like the environment you work in and the people you work alongside.
With this in mind we have organised a Graduate Recruitment BBQ event at our offices in Hove where you will have the opportunity to find out more about our Programme, meet our team and get some real insight into what being a recruitment consultant is all about ..over a beer and a bite to eat!
Personal and educational requirements:
- educated to degree level, achieving grade 2:1 or above.
- self driven, results oriented with a positive outlook.
- excellent communication skills face to face, via telephone and via written media.
