Job Description
Successful applicants will enter into our one year training programme, gaining an insight into the inner-workings of our prestigious restaurants and receiving unrivalled training in all areas of hospitality from the industry leaders. Your experience will be gained from Scott’s, The Ivy and J. Sheekey – undoubtedly three of London’s most famous and best-loved restaurants.
In addition to the training received within the restaurants, we will provide a learning environment filled with guest speakers, workshops, seminars, site visits and other experiences. These will give a total understanding of the processes involved in the business in order to equip you with the tools you will need to thrive within a demanding yet rewarding environment.
