Job Description
Ascent Scientific, a rapidly growing life science company, is seeking a Scientific Services Executive to deliver the highest standards of scientific technical support and customer service to our customers and internal departments.
You will provide technical support for our Low-Cost Ligand product range. You will provide scientific content for in-house produced materials, including Low-Cost Ligand product descriptions and technical copy for marketing campaigns. As well as processing and fulfilling orders, enquiries, and customer requests you will work closely with the Marketing team helping to identify potential customers and raising awareness.
This is a challenging and varied role with opportunities for international travel and career progression for the right candidate.
You will receive training in all aspects of the role, including scientific writing, marketing communications and customer service.
With a degree in a life science, you must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, together with the ability to solve problems, a willingness to learn and to work as part of a close team. You will be computer literate, a good organiser, with great attention to detail. Customer service experience is desirable though not essential.
