Job Description
Precedent is looking for two Junior .Net Developers, one each for our London and Edinburgh studios. If you're a passionate developer, and want to increase your .Net experience by working on a variety of exciting projects, we'd like to talk with you.
The role
- Work on a range of .Net projects including websites, intranets, social media, and applications.
- Develop industry leading interactive concepts, and engaging solutions, delivering accessibility and usability.
- Take ownership of a wide range of client projects with a key focus on .Net technologies.
What we're looking for
- Passion for developing creative web technologies and services.
- Previous commercial .Net development experience, ideally with some exposure to content management systems.
- Understanding of OOP, JavaScript, Ajax, and client-side development issues.
- Knowledge of browser versions, bugs, compatibility and compliance issues.
- Understanding of HTML page structure, CSS, and W3C coding standards and best practice.
- Good technical and non-technical communication skills.
- Able to work within a multi-disciplined team including designers, developers, UX/IA consultants, and project managers.
- Applicants will require a 2:1 or above in a relevant technical discipline (Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering).
