Job Description
The Role
We're looking for smart, interesting, and hard-working people to join our intern team. We’re looking for a number of students and recent graduates with an interest in digital music.. and an interest of background in project management
If you’re into Techno, House, Classical, Jazz, Nu-Wave, or rubbish 80s pop – then this is the right chance to join the ‘next big thing’ in the global digital music sector.
You could be a developer, a designer or a mix of both – as long as you’re as obsessed about music as we are, you’re welcome to join our award-winning team.
Our Project Management team are responsible for:
- project management
- staff and resources management
- client expectation management
- project profiling
- time and milestone management
- business process management
This is not a paid internship, but we do require your full participation at least 4 days / week. There is often paid work for interns out of normal working hours and weekends
The internship is for an initial 3 months after which there is the possibility of a permanent job with us or our partner companies. This internship would suit a recent graduate

Decibel interns have gone on to work for some of the leading companies in the Music industry - major labels and major digital service providers
