MEA Account Manager
About Optoma Europe:
Optoma Europe Ltd is a world leading designer and manufacturer of award-winning projection and digital display products for the business and consumer markets.
About the Job:
As an MEA (Middle East Africa) Account Manager based out of the UK Head Office, you will develop, execute and follow the Company’s business development, marketing strategy and activities. Both formal and informal learning and development will be provided.
Job Responsibilities:
- Continue to develop the Company’s sales in the MEA region by managing and developing existing and new business relationships
- Present the Company to potential partners through direct communication; meetings, telephone calls and correspondences
- Design, develop, implement and follow up continual improvement systems, processes and practices
- Identify the strategic market position of the Company
- Recommend marketing strategies and design business development plans
- Analyse customer feedback on the Company products and services, preparing periodic reports for management
- Address customer enquiries and complaints in order to improve quality of the Company’s products and services and customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Strong sale technique
- Posses drive, motivation and acute attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work remotely
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
Knowledge of Arabic (oral and written) and previous exposure of the Middle East is an advantage but not essential
Candidate:

- Will have a strong strategic business focus
- Good business understanding
- Willingness to adapt to new ideas and situations
