Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Located in Clapham North (SW4)
Immediate Start
Full-Time, Mon-Fri

Who you should be:
You enjoy communicating with people and love the warm feeling that you get when you have been able to help out a customer that has encountered an issue. You are naturally a calm and logical person, and at the same time are tough enough to handle any situation. You can adapt your style to interact with the wide variety of personalities you will encounter. You understand that our customers are the reason that we are here and will go the extra mile to assist them.
Typical work activities:
Inbound calls
- Dealing with product queries from customers via email, live chat and phone calls
- Assisting customers with orders
Customer service
- After-sales service, arranging delivery, updating customers on status
- Dealing with customer problems and rectifying these in good time
Orders
- Processing and placing orders with suppliers
- Arranging payment with accounts
- Tracking of all orders
- Liaising with couriers to arrange collection and delivery
Required skills:
- Ability to use word processors and spread sheets.
- Excellent English skills (written and verbal)
Systems and Product knowledge will be provided but it's your personality that is vital to this role.
This is an entry level position with a starting salary of £12,650. A review will be conducted after 6 months with a view to increasing the salary to £18,000.
