Who we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who enjoys communicating with people and loves the warm feeling that you get when you have been able to assist a customer that has encountered an issue. You are naturally a calm and logical person, and at the same time are tough enough to handle any situation and the various types of personalities that you will encounter. You understand that our customers are the reason that we are here and will go the extra mile to assist them.
Typical daily activities:
Inbound calls
- Dealing with product queries from customers via email, live chat and phone calls
- Assisting customers with orders
Customer service
- After-sales service, arranging delivery, updating customer on status
- Dealing with customer problems and rectifying these in good time
Orders
- Processing and placing orders with suppliers
- Arranging payment with accounts
- Tracking of all orders
- Liaising with couriers to arrange collection and delivery
Required skills:
- Ability to use word processors and spread sheets.
- Excellent English skills (written and verbal)
All training will be provided but it's your personality that is vital to this role. As this is an entry level role, the starting salary is £10,360 to £12,650 depending on experience, with room to grow quickly within the company.
