Job Description
This role is ideally suited for a hard-working individual with an interest in hotels and a passion for quality service. This role will entail:
- Learning how to set up new systems, develop management structures, and generate creative marketing strategies whilst setting up new hotels.
- Assisting in carrying out targeted research for meeting the needs of an international client-base interested in the central London property landscape.
- Research tasks will also include field research requiring travelling within the Zone 1 area of London.
- Learning how to create professional client reports, sales documents, and research documents analysing the hospitality real-estate market.
