Job Description
We are seeking 30 exceptional individuals or companies to each design one poster for our forthcoming World Record Silent Disco event. Free to Dance is a high-profile charity event taking place beside City Hall and Tower Bridge in the heart of London this October; our partners will see the event communicated to over 1 million people. What We Need
Design one digital poster for one of our thirty World Record Silent Discos by 25th August. The Discos range from Kerrang radio to Diddidance to Salsa to Ministry of Sound. We will provide you an A4 poster frame and the core wording for the poster, by 18th August. Your design sits in the centre of the poster. You can select the silent disco out of those available to design.
What You Will Get in Return
- Your name/logo featured on the poster – ‘Design by...’
- Your piece of artwork will be promoted among your Partner’s client base, and will reach up to 400,000 people.
- Your design featuring on the live 24/7 video stream of the world record attempt. All the designs will be mounted on the wall at the back of the stage where Ben will be dancing.
- We will include a ‘photo wall’ of all the designs on our website
- We will include a short recommendation of you in the ‘Partners’ section of the website
- Your design will be incorporated into the event programme (10,000 copies published)
