Job Description
My client are a niche search consultancy specialising in the Technical and Commercial Commodities sector. Headquartered on London’s Pall Mall, they handle appointments in key Commodities including Oil & Gas and Metals & Mining.
They operate from Intermediate through to Senior Management and Board level, working alongside clients ranging from major Energy companies, Commercial Consultancies and large scale Investment Banks.
Role:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a front to back search & selection process, involving the co-ordination of a variety of industry associates and utilizing a bespoke online recruitment platform to efficiently handle the search and selection process for clients and candidates. The chosen candidate will work alongside a Client Relations Manager in a sub team structure.
The sucessful candidate will be responsible for:
- Overall management of front to back candidate focused search & selection process
- Co-ordination and monitoring of search and selection associates to ensure standards are met effectively and efficiently
- Co-ordination of associate driven candidate sourcing campaigns
- Individual search and selection projects where required including direct headhunting
- Provision of continual support to clients and candidates throughout recruitment process including reviewing role requirements, candidate remits, interview arrangement and remuneration negotiation
- Monitoring of bespoke online platform to promote opportunities to the wider market and track recruitment process
- Maintenance of company CRM database and co-ordination with resourcing associates to ensure optimal functionality
- Management of existing candidate relationships including co-ordination of ad hoc candidate relations mailing campaigns
- Supporting overall company promotion and marketing campaigns
- Completion of further tasks will be required on an ad-hoc basis
You have/are:
- An undergraduate or postgraduate degree
- A basic understanding of the commodities/ banking & finance sectors is desirable
- The ability to learn “on the job”. You will be exposed to a number of new sectors within commodities, the capacity to learn quickly is vital
- A strong ability to multi task. Maintaining control across a number of process stages is a key component of the role
- The ability to confidently take on tasks beyond the role remit as and when required
- Confident managing affiliates
- Highly computer literate
- Confident interacting with clients and candidates including negotiation
- A strong work ethic with the discipline to work diligently and independently. A self starter
- Committed with a desire to drive company growth
