Job Description
The purpose of this position is to deliver design solutions to maximise the vision, look and feel of the Barnardo's brand across all materials through understanding the organisation's values, and interpreting creative strategies and objectives.
To progress creative briefs - either from concept through to digital artwork, or at clients amendments stages - for a range of promotional material, within agreed budgets and timescales, and to agreed quality standards.
To provide design support to creative team, carrying out a range of studio duties.
Key activities:
To Deliver design solutions, from visual through to hi-resolution digital artwork for a range of promotional material including project literature, fundraising support materials.
Work to predetermined house styles for range of materials including information leaflets, internal communications and stationery items
Provide design support to creative team, including:
-making author's corrections to InDesign files
-scanning and manipulating images
-putting together concept mock-ups for presentation
-contributing ideas to creative concept development and discussions
