City Air is looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant
City Air is a rapidly growing business that runs errands in a 1950s cabin crew style uniform, provides virtual assistance and call answering services.
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to work 9:00am – 2:00pm Monday – Friday

Duties include:
Ad hoc Virtual assistant tasks e.g. Internet research
Administration roles key to the smooth running of the business i.e. taking messages, sending emails and taking external calls from clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand City Air and partners product ranges
Other ad hoc requests
For the right candidate the role can grow to include other areas you would like to work in, for example: attending networking events, exhibiting at exhibitions, attending training courses, updating social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, twitter, blog), and managing diary.
Candidates should be:
Highly PC literate with ability to pick up new systems quickly
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Google Docs, although training can be provided
Knowledge of: twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Fluent English speaker
Polite, friendly, can do attitude
Have your own laptop with Wifi
Regular hours are 9:00am – 2:00pm Monday – Friday. Cover may be needed at other times. It would be great if you are flexible.
You can apply if you can do some days as you could provide cover when it gets busy. Please state the days you can do.
Paying £7.00 per hour
Bonus available of £25 per week for maintaining a high level of customer service
Getting the weekly bonus means the role is effectively paying £8.00 per hour
