Job Description
cushion the impact is looking for an Intern to join our team in the London office. We hope the individual would take a lead role in PR and marketing new services we intend launching in the next three months but also to help us blog and .
Immediate start.
Duties
- updating and monitoring social media
- liaising with press, writing and distributing press releases
- creating and uploading blogs, newsletters & articles
- managing contacts databases, PR, media
- maintaining and expanding media lists
Given the nature of our company we would also like someone who is prepared to undertake
- client research
- administrative tasks
- ad hoc requests if and when required
We are looking for the following skills in an intern:
- ability to multi task and to prioritise
- self starter, attention to detail important
- excellent MS Office skills
- good communication skills
- ability to deal professionally with clients and suppliers
- prepared to work in a small team
- fluent English
- a positive attitude and a sense of humour!

Hours: 3 days a week. Days to be determined; we are happy to work around the intern if s/he has other commitments.

Duration: 2-3 months subject to 1 week probation.
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: This placement is not paid. Reasonable travel expenses will be paid. Commission may be payable on the introduction by the intern of a new paying client.
