Job Description
Experienced investor, advisor and entrepreneur with a portfolio of media, technology and retail companies requires an intern with capability to support significant dealflow in:
- Company Investment Memorandum creation and support
- P&L and Cashflow projections
- Comparable and pricing analysis
- Identification of buyers and investors
- Approach of buyers and investors
- Analysis and deal process management
- Executive coaching
- Event organisation of some of the most dynamic entrepreneurs, investors, lawyers and team members in the UK environment
The principal is a Harvard Business School and McKinsey grad/alum and has been through both sides of various transactions as an entrepreneur, angel investor. This is a first step towards formalising this position into a boutique structure.
Extensive coaching and relevant experience is the primary return, along with referenceable projects and transactions. However, compensation will be expense-only.
