We are looking for a graduate digital marketing intern with an ambition to work full-time in a Digital Agency environment.

The position is for an initial period of 3 months. For the right candidate we are looking to expand this role into a full-time employment position.

Role
This internship will be primarily involved with the development and delivery of Agency Digital Marketing activities, across social media, blogging, email marketing, CRM and analytics disciplines.

Tasks you will learn about and undertake include:
Work with and learn from the Marketing Director to develop and deliver results driven online marketing campaigns.
How to create and execute innovative and effective digital advertising. Develop design-led marketing materials in consultation with relevant colleagues.
Work with the sales teams to improve and enhance marketing communications to drive sales and hit targets.
Use analytics to evaluate success, reporting on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Gain an understanding of customer needs and the competitive environment to devise appropriate propositions.

Skills
We are looking for someone who:

Is creative with a keen eye for design.
Can demonstrate exceptional language/writing skills.
Can work autonomously and take direction and feedback constructively.
Can work in a busy environment, prioritising tasks and sticking to deadlines.

Qualification Required
A BA/BA Hons in Marketing, English or the Arts.
