Job Description
Cartridge SOS requires a highly competent individual to manage their new ‘Yellow Print Shop’ in West London. The successful candidate must be proficient in graphic design, as part of the job is to help customers with design work in store and by email. The retail store sells printing consumables such as paper and printer cartridges as well as offering a wide range of printing services.
The company offer photo printing, A4 and A3 printing and copying services in the store as well as leaflets and business cards etc which are supplied directly from their printers.
You must be a highly competent user of Adobe Illustrator/InDesign as well an intermediate level in Photoshop.
Customer service is a key aspect to the role and excellent communications skills are imperative as the majority of the day is spent serving customers in store and by phone and email. There will be a part-time worker in the store which you will be expected to manage.
This role would ideally suit someone with an interest both in a retail environment as well a passion for design.
Working hours: Monday – Friday: 8:45 – 17:30.
Salary: £18,000 per annum (plus commission)
Starting Date: 5/09/2024
