Job Description
You will be a graduate of Computer Science and be looking for your first real job role. You may have worked somewhere, but all we need is you and your brains as we willl training you.
Scope of the role
Working as part of our development team you will
1 Field calls
2 Identify issues and report
3 log calls
4 Schedule remedy and and the Development team to clear
5 Tell the client/user what is going on
6 Maintain our support database
7 Test new code and approve
8 Release new code
9 Tell all users what is going on
10 Update user manuals and help files
11 Update our web site
12 Maintain our office systems
Your skills
Ideally you will have used InDesing client, worked with a CMS such as Joomla and be PC and Mac aware.
