Job Description
Established in 1952 and online since 1999, Childrensalon has grown to being one of the most respected retails in children’s luxury fashion.
We are looking for a candidate to join our creative and marketing team to help with our marketing strategy and delivery. Candidates should be highly motivated, excellent communicator (written and verbal) and have a keen interest in online marketing, fashion and brands in a retail environment with a desire to learn.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a fast growing business. For successful candidates, there will be an opportunity to join as a full-time member of the team.

Main duties include:
- Support overall delivery of all marketing campaigns
- Develop ideas and campaigns for seasonal marketing activity
- Develop and coordinate strategy, content and delivery for our blog
- Develop and support social media marketing activity
- Develop ideas, strategy and support delivery of our e-mail marketing
- Develop, maintain and grow affiliate relationships
- Web research; look up blogs, websites and networks to develop ideas and possible partnerships
- Support our copywriting and e-commerce team
- Proactively input new ideas and initiatives
Key skills required
- A good knowledge and awareness of retail websites and their functionality, latest online marketing trends and internet best practices
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, blogs)
- High affinity for the online world, the internet is your information and communication medium
- The candidate should have a thirst for knowledge and be curious about all aspects of online marketing and technology
- Creatively competent, able to input constructively into all graphical elements
- Design skills such as Photoshop are a plus (not essential)
- Html skills are a plus (not essential)
