Job Description
Overall Purpose:
To negotiate Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews and other variations to Agreements on existing radio base stations on behalf of Mobile Phone Operators. To examine Agreements and provide advice upon the requirements for variations to enable proposed works to existing sites. To undertake new searches to provide options that can be acquired and gain planning permission for new base station requirements for Mobile Phone Operators.
Qualifications and Experience (E= Essential, D = Desirable)
D Exemplary communication & negotiation skills
D Prior experience in the deployment of radio networks
D Estate Management experience – Reviews, Renewals and other work on Leases, Licences & Legal Agreements
E Driving License
E Educated to degree level in a Real Estate related subject
D Ability to work both as part of a multi disciplined team and alone in the field
E Property based University degree and at a minimum working towards RICS Qualification
D RICS Professional Qualification
D Demonstrable experience in Estate Management on behalf of Mobile Operators, including a demonstrable understanding of terminology & technology, law & valuation.
