Job Description
Who we are:
Technovated is a growing online retail company looking to change the way people shop online. We believe in providing a safe, simple online shopping experience, with awesome customer service. We are a hard working team of web ninja's, based in London, but wanting to take over the world (although we will settle for the whole of Europe first;).
Who you should be:
We understand that you are just starting out and we are going to train you up with all the skills that you will need, so prior is not required (although it does make it easier).
If you are interested in e-commerce (online retail), enjoy working in small teams and are willing to learn and get involved, then this could be the position for you. You will experience the entire cycle of online retail, from the initial development of the web sites to the day to day managing of each store.
The skills required:
You will need to:
- be fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills
- hold a higher education qualification, (A Level or higher).
- be computer literate and savvy on the web
- be creative
- have a 'can do' attitude
The skills you will gain:
- real life experience in a growing e-commerce company
- copy writing for the web experience
- social media experience
- search engine optimisation experience
- marketing & merchandising experience
- website administration skills
What's the job:
Copywriting and Social Media assistant
In your day to day activities, you will assist category managers with the following:
- writing copy for our varied products
- writing blog posts
- assisting with social media exposure
- merchandising
