Internship Marketing Assistant
We are an exciting start-up company based in central London providing services and support to Worldwide travellers.
MWL UK is looking for an imaginative and capable Marketing Assistant to work in PR, marketing and administration and an organised, inspiring Office Manager to support a growing team and work effectively with the Chief Executive.
You will need to:
Have previous experience of marketing (such as a previous internship);
Be self-motivated;
Have the ability to meet and set personal targets;
Be able to work within a team and manage tasks effectively on a daily basis, prioritising work effectively and independently;
Be professional, friendly, respectable and polite with a positive attitude;
Possess a very high standard of honesty and integrity - this is paramount;
Have a good understanding of marketing strategies and communication to support the development of this company.
Have a desire to work on a challenging project and the ability to meet deadlines.
Your skills must include:
An organised and efficient working style;
Excellent telephone manner; Excellent communication skills;
Excellent IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software;
In addition, our future Office Manager will have:
A sense of responsibility for both work and colleagues and a mature attitude to professional work;
Loyalty to the company;
Patience when working with and supporting colleagues;
A practical and pragmatic personality;
The ability to coordinate the work of teams working in offices at a distance;
The ability to lead, support and inspire co-workers;
The position will take the form of a four month, unpaid internship offering the lucky candidate an opportunity to learn about business practice, to develop effective management skills and to contribute to the successful launch of this exciting, new company.
However, following the successful completion of this initial internship period, the Marketing Assistant job will become a permanent position with a commensurate salary.
