Job Description
Graduate /Junior Product Support Analyst / Co-ordinator is required to work for a technical software house developing Windows based software.
We are looking for a Graduate who has an IT based degree who has gained programming experience either from University, work experience or as a hobby with some reasonable commercial IT experience gained from either a software support, development or software testing environment. You must have had at least 6 months commercial experience in this type of environment.
The role is to be part of the support team providing support to the customers and co-ordinating on going projects, as well as documenting the software and writing scripts to fix problems as required. This role is an ideal opportunity if you have technical IT skills but want to work in a business environment. In this role you will have an opportunity to develop both your IT business skills and technical skills.
Our client is a technical software house that develops software for the international market. They are searching for an IT Graduate to work in their Customer Support team. Their customers range from large corporates to 3rd party resellers. The team provides support across a range of technical issues from quick fixes to complex software problems to providing support to pre and post sales functions.
This is a contract role that will last for 6 months +. There is a possibility that permanent employment maybe offered in the future.
