Job Description
Xeretec are looking for candidates with passion and entrepreneurial drive that would like to be part of our growing vibrant new business development team.
We are seeking candidates that are motivated to be part of our top performing sales team. In return, we are offering industry leading training and development with excellent earning opportunities.
The package includes an excellent Base plus commission, with an OTE of £40 - 50k+ inc car allowance and other ongoing incentives.
Successful candidates will:
- Be of graduate calibre
- Be tenacious and results orientated with a high level of initiative and personal drive
- Be adept at presenting and positioning value statements and handling objections successfully
- Have excellent communication skills, analytical skills, able to listen, interpret information and present ideas effectively to customers
- Have a degree of flexibility with regards sales territory to be covered
- A current UK driving license is essential
